I’ll admit when I read some of the reviews I was very hesitant on giving this place a try but I’m so glad that I did. I’ve been here a few times now for chair and table massages with my masseuses always being male, and I have never had a bad experience. I’ve never been pressured to tip, I’ve never had employees try to upsell, and I’ve never been inappropriately touched. The way that I’ve seen women knocked out in the chairs from a foot massage, that’s next on my list!
An older gentleman (60s) did a decent job on a back massage multiple times and was very focused and professional. My husband and I kept coming back for him. But a younger guy (early mid 50s?) was there one day and he definitely inappropriately reached down to thighs and hips etc when it was only for a back massage. I was confused, It was shocking, it felt so violating. I told my husband I would only request the female if we ever came back in the future but we’ve never been back.
Me and my mom used to come here for a quick relaxing refresh massage but I didn't go in a while and was walking my kids around the mall to play and decided to take a 15minute massage. Very pushy about up sales, kinda takes away the relaxation when 4 people surround you pushing you to take more time or asking you to tip more. I will not be back.
Definitely will be shut down soon. multiple women have complained of INAPPROPRIATE groping , accidentally putting their private parts on customers and going under ladies pants! This is not the place to relax at all. Do not pay money to be assaulted!!!! Would give zero stars if possible but need to get this info out. If you came here and felt they were inappropriately touching you don’t second-guess yourself because they were this place has had multiple reports of it!!! Management denies it and defends the person who is doing the assaulting!!!
I’ve been coming here for a long time. They do a good job with massages. I always try to tip well. I recently got a massage. When I went to pay, I realized I did not have my second wallet because I switched purses. I paid in cash and only had a few bucks left. Since I’m a regular, I said I would bring back more money for a bigger tip. The man gave me the money back - and I put it in the tip jar. He chased after me into a department store. I was so shocked. He handed me back the few dollars I put in the jar - a way of showing he was not satisfied with my tip. Again, I’m a regular and have spent a lot of money at this massage business these past few years. It was absolutely inappropriate for this man to chase after me. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. They lost a long term customer. As a consumer, I’m worn out on all the tips that are expected today. It used to be - tip your waitress for waiting on you - knowing they relied on tips for salary. Again, I’m a good tipper. It seems like business owners are taking advantage of this. They pay low wages to increase their profit - while expecting customers to make up for this. It’s too much. Workers can’t have the expectation that all people tip them - let alone expect a specific amount. A tip is optional not mandatory. One should be grateful for whatever tip they get. To chase after a customer because they didn’t tip enough is unacceptable.
